Bill has been a student at North Island College Since 2010 , Learning how to read and write in the ABE program , Then learning Art , Photography , Graphics design , Movie making Etc. in the IMG Program . Graduating in 2023
Bill also served as the Comox valley Director of NISU , Bill believes in positive change and trying to make a difference giving back to help others it’s just part of his moral fibre .

Recently North Island College has decided to cancel Art programs, artistic expression is such an important part of my life, we must save art programs. It’s such an important part of society, artistic expression. This picture is with my art teacher, Elizabeth Russell. She used to stay after class with me, when she didn’t have to, but she cares so much about her students. This I will never forget she will be one of those special teachers we all have. Thank you so much, Elizabeth. I hope North Island College realizes the importance of art programs.
