William Sugden also known as Bill is an Advanced Communication Interactive Media student at North Island College. Bill has always had an interest in the arts, Involved in the art community in some aspect , whether it be theatre , film , photography , drawing ,or graphic design . Bill’s motto has always been “The show must always go on. “Artistic expression, in Bill’s opinion is the most Important method of communication in history and today.
