Bill has been a student at North Island College Since 2010 , Learning how to read and write in the ABE program , Then learning Art , Photography , Graphics design , Movie making Etc. in the IMG Program .
Bill also served as the Comox valley Director of NISU , Bill believes in positive change and trying to make a difference giving back to help others it’s just part of his moral fibre .
